Its Transport Centre is the largest multimodal logistics complex in Southern Europe, with about 1 million square meters housing more than one hundred leading companies in global logistics services.

A dry port is an intermodal freight terminal located within a country or economic region connected through the rail network with the seaport of origin or destination. The main feature of a dry port is intermodality, combining different forms of transport with the aim of making more agile, flexible and reliable transportation of goods. In this case sea, rail and road transport are combined.

According to CEXCO (an agency attached to the Department of Economic Development municipal space, Employment, Trade and Tourism of the City of Coslada, intended for business development in collaboration with the Spanish Logistics Centre) Coslada is considered the 5th pole of logistics at European level for its strategic position near the capital, its extensive network of communications and logistics and its transport infrastructure.
